Job Description What is the opportunity? The Senior Analyst, CUSO Financial Crimes Training & Communications is responsible for the execution of the Financial Crimes (“FC”) employee learning and communications strategy within the region. The role oversees, manages, and/or facilitates the design and delivery of classroom and technology-based training programs. What will you do? In alignment with the enterprise FC team, develop a risk-based learning curriculum for CUSO FC staff within (and supporting) the region, including: The production of an annual learning plan informed by the risk-based approach. The creation, roll-out, and maintenance of targeted role and skill-based learning pathways that provide a rich employee experience from onboarding to continued education.…
