Senior Application Support Analyst

Job Description What will you do? Day-to-Day Applications Support and production support investigations, troubleshooting systems for applications in scope, JCL and batch Jobs 24x7 Batch Support on rotation basis Managing and maintaining documentation for processes & procedures Ensuring the applications health and performance in production and lower environments Work closely with members of the development and QA teams to deploy change requests and enforcing production release best practices. Mitigate operational risks through ensuring tech currency, patching, vulnerability & security management and access controls are all regularly performed. Work with colleagues, other RBC IT teams, stakeholders and vendors to design and implement upstream and downstream interfaces to the applications.…
