Job Description What is the opportunity? We are looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst to provide end user support, process knowledge and content for key financial applications (IBM Cognos (TM1), PeopleSoft) ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction. This involves delivering timely and professional support, issue resolution, incident management, knowledge sharing to enhance user proficiency, and address user inquiries.
