Job Description What is the opportunity? As a member of the Personal Banking & Commercial Banking Operational Risk team, you will lead a critical function that strengthens RBC's operational resilience. In this role, you'll lead a team responsible to design and execute sophisticated integrated scenario testing strategies that validate our ability to navigate supplier disruptions and activate business continuity plans when it matters most.
