Job Description What is the opportunity? Senior Manager, HR Operational Risk Management (Controls) is a key contributor to the global Operational Risk Management program within RBC’s Human Resources, Brand, Marketing, Corporate Communications & Community Impact Team (HR-BMCC). Working closely with 1LOD Partners in HR-BMCC and with 2LOD, this role will support the continued build out of a highly effective Risk Management program in HR-BMCC, focusing on elevating the effectiveness of internal controls.
