About this role

Job Description What is the opportunity? The Senior Manager, Performance Insights, Transformation & Enterprise Operations (TEO), leads the development of new metrics and insights that enable performance improvement across TEO. Our goal is to drive continuous improvement in our Operations and this requires continuous improvement in our measurement system: developing new metrics, enhancing existing metrics, and driving the roadmap to improve how we measure performance across our operations centres. As the TEO Transformation Office (TTO), our responsibility is in developing a consistent standard methodology, leveraging best practices, that cut across our TEO operations centres, enabling leadership to make data-driven decisions and enabling our team to deliver on our strategic ambitions.…
