Job Description What is the opportunity? Join our Retirement Plan Operations team as an Operations Specialist 1 and take ownership of critical oversight activities that ensure our systems and processes run smoothly. Provide analysis, processing, and customer service support for manual, exception-based, complex and/or highly specialized Operations processes. This individual will review, verify, and record data into technology systems supporting department processes while ensuring adherence to all regulatory and firm policy requirements.
