Job Description Summary The AME Leader – Machine Head / Drive Train will lead advanced manufacturing engineering activities for machine head and drive train operations within Wind Manufacturing. This role is responsible for developing and industrializing manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment; driving plant standardization; and improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. The role will partner closely with product and plant teams to support product launches, technology deployment, process capability, and operational excellence.
