Job Description Summary The candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in PSCAD, PSSE, MATLAB/Simulink and RTDS for power system modelling, control development and real time validation. Experience in STATCOM/FACTS control algorithms, EMT/RMS simulations, HIL testing and Controller tuning will be preferred. Job Description GE Vernova delivers reactive power compensators such as Static Synchronous Compensators (STATCOM) and Static Var Compensators (SVC), on which we are the global FACTS Solution Line based in Finland, India, Brazil and US.
