About this role

Job Description Summary The Engineering Technical Learning Leader will enable the continuous improvement of the Engineering organization by providing direction and assistance for learning development and knowledge transfer and retention (KTR) activities. This includes cross-functional coordination to meet engineering needs for technical onboarding, indoctrination, and developmental learning of Engineering employees across various product offerings. It also includes serving as project manager for various technical development courses and KTR programs. The role has moderate autonomy, requiring sound operational judgment. This role will be onsite at the GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Headquarters in Wilmington, NC to support on-site activities as needed.…
