Job Description Summary The Discipline Engineering Group Head, supervises, coordinates design teams in his/her field of activities. Assists lead engineers at project launching phase, control engineering process follow up, ensures the proper management of interfaces with our partners and main suppliers. He (or She) is accountable for the proper allocation of resources required to execute the projects, looks for design subcontractors to adapt resources to the workload plan and optimize design budget ($$).
