Job Description Summary The AMRT Global Process Development team is seeking a Lead Engineer – Laser Cladding to join our Joining Technology Team and play a critical role in advancing our global repair capabilities. This position will serve as a technical engineer focused on the development, qualification, and execution of repairs using Laser Cladding technology supporting our global RVS service center network. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise in laser cladding processes, metallurgical principles, repair development, and industrial execution, along with the ability to work across regions and functions to standardize best practices, solve complex repair challenges, and support implementation at scale.…
