Job Description Summary Put simply, this role is about bringing people together and making sure a complex HVDC engineering programme gets delivered successfully. Our HVDC Reference Solutions team is developing more standardised, repeatable solutions that can be reused across future projects and tenders – helping reduce unnecessary re-engineering, improve consistency and make delivery more efficient. As the HVDC Programme Manager, you’ll lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team working across different functions and locations. You’ll create structure, set priorities, keep people aligned and make sure the agreed scope moves forward.
