IT Technician

Our client based on the outskirts of Shrewsbury requires an IT technician to join their growing organisation. The successful candidate will provide hands-on technical support to onsite employees and remotely assist employees across the world. Reporting to the IT manager, the role will involve working closely with Group colleagues around the world to implement, maintain and enhance a broad spectrum of technology solutions in support of business objectives. The IT Technician will be proactive in their efforts and will possess the technical experience and aptitude to work on multiple levels of the technology stack (infrastructure, operating system, application), and with a wide variety of hardware/software solutions which can include working additional hours an independently if necessary.…
