DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: The Client Services Department is responsible for the relationship management of all Premium Memberships and full-season suites (Dell Technologies Level, Dell Technologies Club, Dugout Club, Front Row Club , Aura Club and Aura Pavilion ). POSITION OVERVIEW: The Client Services New Member Experience Associate role is a hospitality individual who helps create premium level experiences at Fenway Park. This individual will play a key role in the onboarding logistics of all first-year members. This position will also be responsible for fulfilling Red Sox Rewards and Fenway Park promotional items for premium members during the season. The position will have both game day and office components. The hourly rate for this position is $19.
