ROLE OVERVIEW:
As an Onboarding and Implementation Manager, you will lead customers through the most critical phase of their journey—bringing Reevo’s CRM to life within their organization. You’ll serve as both a trusted advisor and technical orchestrator, guiding customers through discovery, configuration, data migration, and go-live to ensure rapid time-to-value. This role blends deep product expertise, strong consultative skills, and disciplined project management to deliver seamless, high-impact implementations that set the foundation for long-term success.
