Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. ____________________ Thomson Power Systems (a Regal Rexnord company) is a leading manufacturer of electrical products and systems for use in the Power Generation Industry for over 50 years. As we expand into a new facility near Arlington, TX, we're seeking a hands-on Continuous Improvement Site Leader to work closely with our Plant Manager and the other leaders to build and grow this new facility.
