Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. ____________________ Position Overview: The Test Lab Technician will help turn ideas into real-world products by supporting research, new product development, enabling technologies, and other innovation initiatives. In this hands-on role, you will conduct product and prototype testing, build and maintain lab fixtures and equipment, capture data that informs engineering decisions, and prepare samples for evaluation.
