We are seeking an Associate Manager, Commercial Training to join our Commercial Operations team, supporting our field-based commercial teams across Japan in a hybrid work mode. In this role, you will design, deliver, and coordinate product-specific and selling-skills training that strengthens the capability of our sales teams, while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Compliance, and alliance partners.
