Telecommunication Specialist Schedule: 24 hours weekly Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Thursday 11p-7a Week 2: Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 11p-7a Type additional details specific to position and/or department. About the Position Operates a computer activated telephone switching system to receive and transfer incoming and outgoing calls as received. This position is also responsible to monitor other systems that are installed in the communication center which are related to the safety/security and fire systems. This position is responsible for dispatching non-emergent ambulance transports for Reid EMS and coordinating transport with outside EMS agencies as needed; dispatch calls for service for the Reid Health Police Department.…
