Deine Aufgaben Als Operations Intern bist du mittendrin im Tagesgeschäft unserer Hausverwaltung. Du lernst nicht nur, wie Immobilienverwaltung funktioniert – du optimierst sie aktiv mit. ● Objektbetreuung: Du unterstützt unser Property-Management-Team bei der Betreuung von WEG-, Miet- und Gewerbeobjekten – von der Kommunikation mit Eigentümern und Mietern bis zur Koordination von Handwerkern und Dienstleistern. ● Prozessoptimierung: Du erkennst Ineffizienzen im Verwaltungsalltag und arbeitest aktiv daran mit, Abläufe zu strukturieren und zu digitalisieren. ● Datenpflege & Dokumentation: Du erfasst und pflegst Objektdaten in unserem Property-Management-System und sorgst für saubere, nachvollziehbare Prozesse.…
