About this role

BASIC FUNCTIONS: This position provides effective architectural and structural design for the applicable RELX Business Unit. Additional responsibilities include ensuring ongoing development, maintenance, and delivery of technical knowledge and expertise and determining the technical feasibility of development projects. QUALIFICATIONS: • 10+ years of experience in software, network, or systems engineering • BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred TECHNICAL SKILLS: • Strong understanding of programming languages, code, and database. • Expert-level knowledge in programming language(s); e.g., .Net, Java, HTML, Perl, C++, C#, PHP, etc.; or expert level in engineering discipline.…
