About this role
Key Responsibilities Document business processes, workflows, business rules, pain points, and functional requirements. Support process discovery activities with operations teams, SMEs, and business stakeholders. Create and maintain process maps, SOPs, requirements documents, test scenarios, and automation support materials. Assist in identifying manual, repetitive, rules-based, and high-volume processes suitable for automation. Support automation developers during solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
