KEY AREAS: Legal Responsible for the centralisation of the legal process within the Group of Companies by being the intermediary between the company and its lawyers and any legal requirements of the business. Drawing up and review of company commercial agreements including service level agreements, independent contractor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, sponsorships, license agreements, management contracts etc. to finalisation either from scratch or from generic templates in consultation with the relevant nominated team member and Holding Company legal teams if necessary.
