Job Summary This position is responsible for reviewing, editing, and auditing legal opinions and other caselaw content generated through AI-assisted processes. The role requires applying established Legal Editing Guidelines to quickly and accurately identify legal issues and determine the precedential impact to cases and statutes cited within opinion to ensure legal accuracy and proper analysis of legal precedent. The Editor/Publisher II evaluates the relationship between citing and cited authorities, determines precedential impact, and applies appropriate history and treatment letters and phrases.…
