About this role
The Junior Project Manager is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, governance, and optimization of the Aha! product suite (e.g. Roadmaps, Ideas, Development, etc.). This person acts as the subject-matter expert and steward of the platform, supports end users, and continuously improves processes and usage. Accountabilities: Platform Setup & Configuration Configure Aha! accounts, workspaces, products, initiatives, and release structures to align with organizational strategy. Define and maintain field configurations, custom views, workflows, status definitions, scoring models, templates, and automation rules. Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls (e.g. Administrator, Contributor, Viewer). Handle integrations between Aha! and Azure DevOps.…
