About this role

This role is a Post-Sales Specialist position supporting the Clinical Solutions Account Management team. Maintain accurate records in sales systems (e.g., CRM, CPQ, Orders and so on), and build client profiles by updating client information and managing sensitive client data. Prepares pricing documents and presentation materials. Review and highlight any areas of risks or expansion from available data (e.g., usage reports, past-due report, and so on). Review contracts for expansion or changes in scope. Analyzing usage reports to identify trends in support of client conversations, business reviews and to identify potential risks or expansion opportunities. Analyze invoice overdue reports and alert account teams of actions needed. Support customer service ticket escalations.…
