About this role

Card Issuance & Fulfilment · Manage the end-to-end card fulfilment process from card request to customer delivery. · Coordinate card personalization with card processors and personalization bureaus. · Ensure timely printing, packaging, and dispatch of debit and credit cards. Inventory & Stock Management · Maintain accurate records of card inventory (blanks and packaging materials). · Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to prevent stockouts. · Reconcile inventory regularly and investigate discrepancies. Vendor & Logistics Coordination · Liaise with card vendors, personalization bureaus, and courier partners. · Track card deliveries and ensure timely distribution to customers. · Resolve fulfilment issues such as delayed or lost cards.…
