The Corporate Counsel is a key member of Ren's legal Team within the Legal, Compliance & Risk department This role provides high-level strategic legal support and general corporate counsel to senior management, the General Counsel, and the Associate General Counsel. The Counsel, Corporate serves as the Corporate Secretary for Renaissance Charitable Foundation (RCF), provides governance support across the nonprofit entities and collaborates with a wide range of internal stakeholders on matters including M&A, corporate transactions, data privacy, employment, and intellectual property.…
