KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What you will own
- Prior experience at a B2B SaaS or similar startups (Series A/B stage preferred)
- Manage and oversee end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting operations across the Indian entity and the US entity, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close, prepare P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / GAAP).
- Deliver investor MIS reports monthly, including management accounts, ARR/MRR schedules, burn rate, runway, and key SaaS metrics as required under our Investors' Rights Agreement.…
