This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of the Account Manager Team (>10 AMs) across multiple European markets, building, mentoring, coaching, and inspiring a high-performing, collaborative team.
- Your onboarding will consist of diving deep into the role, taking care of a batch of customers yourself.
- Ensure account management is the voice of the customer internally.
- Develop and push an upsell motion in every market, NRR (net retention rate) is your north star.…
