About this role
As a vital member of our Customer Service Europe team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa. You will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end customer journey—from initial inquiries and order processing to cross-departmental coordination and identifying future business opportunities. This role reports into the Sr Manager Customer Service - Europe and will work 3 days a week from our office in Breda and 2 days from home. Key Responsibilities Efficiently manage incoming customer calls, handle quotations, and process orders and order confirmations.
