Responsibilities The Vice President, Operations is responsible for building a high-performing leadership team and developing and driving the Fluid Management Operations vision. This executive leader will have responsibility for the Fluid Management manufacturing network, comprised of four manufacturing sites and more than 380 employees, with direct leadership of the Site Leaders responsible for each location. The Vice President is committed to achieving key performance indicator targets and fostering a strong culture of continuous improvement across the network.
