Play a key role in leading the provision of specialist advice on employee related matters that supports a positive work environment for our people Join a small and highly experienced team, collaborating with specialists across the broader People Department Permanent opportunity with hybrid working Your team You will be part of a small specialist team providing a significant positive impact for the Bank. You will be led by two Heads of Employee & Industrial Relations with a strategic focus. They will work closely to support you in your role where needed.
