End-to-end contingent workforce coordination and administration. Resource onboarding, offboarding, extensions, and lifecycle management. Workforce compliance, governance, and audit readiness. Workforce data integrity, reporting, and resource tracking. Stakeholder management across delivery, procurement, finance, vendors, and external partners.
