Permanent role supporting an established platform Balanced BAU and enhancement focus Hybrid work environment - 3 days in office 2 days WFH About the team and role We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead to lead the technical team supporting and maturing our ServiceNow platform. This is a permanent BAU role that focuses on platform stability, maintenance, security, and the continual enhancement of the platform through a structured two week sprint cycle. This role includes direct people leadership of the ServiceNow technical team, as well as oversight of our managed service partner.
