Summary El DTM trabaja dentro del área de Delivery, en conjunto con el Project Manager de Delivery (DPM), dando soporte a todos los aspectos técnicos necesarios para la implementación de los productos en clientes. Su función es mantenerse actualizado sobre los productos, conociendo cómo funcionan en términos de funcionalidades, características técnicas y opciones de configuración disponibles, para garantizar una integración correcta y exitosa en el entorno del cliente. El DTM participa desde el kickoff del proyecto, aportando definiciones técnicas y acompañando el proceso de planificación e implementación en un rol de asesoría, garantizando resolución rápida de problemas.…
