About this role
We are looking for an experienced U.S. Accountant & Tax Specialist to join our client’s team remotely and support a U.S.-based company with bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial reporting. This position requires availability during standard U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours. Key Responsibilities Manage company and client bookkeeping using QuickBooks Desktop. Prepare individual and business U.S. tax returns. Complete and submit state sales tax filings. Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts. Review accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain organized financial documentation for tax and audit purposes. Collaborate effectively with team members based in the United States.…
