About this role

Freight & Logistics Manager, US LTL Focus Remote - Philippines | Full-Time Restaurant Supply is seeking an experienced Freight & Logistics Manager to lead our US LTL freight operations, manage a team of Freight & Logistics Coordinators, and improve freight cost, shipment accuracy, carrier performance, and claims recovery. This role is responsible for protecting company margin and customer experience across approximately $5 million in annual freight volume. You will oversee complex shipments involving heavy commercial equipment, industrial goods, and other high-value products while ensuring accurate documentation, cost-efficient carrier decisions, reliable pickup coordination, and disciplined exception management.
