Job Summary:
The role of this position is to assist in the management of all activities associated with the filling/packaging of products.
Reporting to: Packaging Supervisor
Location: Johnson City, TN Onsite
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 11PM-7:30AM
Responsibilities/Essential Duties:
Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel in following policies and procedures
Leads the packaging/filling rooms and coordinate activities of workers engaged in filling and packaging products
Evaluate and improve work processes resolving problem areas
Ensure product quality through a commitment to SOP adherence and training of staff
Assist in staffing the production areas and ensure employees demonstrate a commitment to maximizing efficiency and productivity…
