About the Role We are looking for a Junior Team Member, Mergers & Acquisitions to join our team at RHB Bank. In this role, you will support the execution of M&A and Leveraged Acquisition Finance (LAF) transactions through financial analysis, research, and deal support. You will work closely with senior team members on live transactions, contribute to client engagements, and help ensure deals are executed accurately and in line with regulatory and internal requirements. What you will be doing Conduct financial modeling and credit analysis to support M&A and LAF transactions.
