Richards Building Supply is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team during a period of growth and team transition. This position will initially be a part-time seasonal contract role and is expected to expand in scope to provide maternity leave coverage through the holiday season and into the new year.  This role will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support day-to-day recruiting operations, candidate communications, interview scheduling, sourcing activities, and applicant tracking system administration.
