About this role

Receives and reviews all submitted hearing / trial requests, civil actions, motions, warrants, tickets, and other court documents for accuracy and completeness. Processes incoming mail and faxes. Schedules motions, hearings and/or jury trials; prepares daily court docket; notifies all interested parties of court dates and times. Prepares courtroom; checks defendants, plaintiffs, witnesses, victims, attorneys, and officers in for court. Retrieves paid charging documents for the courtroom. Establishes and maintains case files. Enters case records and information into computer record-keeping system; prepares computer[1]generated reports as necessary.…
