Williamsburg, Virginia Hiring Range $18.20 - $23.68/Hourly Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs. Overview Administrative Assistant Level 1 supports one or more department level management. Position is responsible for the following core job functions: Meeting Preparation, calendar management, Travel Arrangements, Invoice/POs, Customer Service, Phone Support, file management, meeting support and data entry. Position may be assigned responsibility for timekeeping. Position must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other software as need.
