Overview Responsible for the supervision of all operational aspects of a medical practice to include appointments, staffing levels, payroll, customer service, access to care, review of medical preauthorization referral processes, clinical onboarding, payor insurance policies and guidelines, time of service collections, chart audits as appropriate and operational expenses.
