About this role

Williamsburg, Virginia Hiring Range $18.90 - $24.60/Hourly Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs. Overview Works under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance. Performs basic electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry work. Responsible for the installation, maintenance ( preventive and corrective) troubleshooting and repair of facility buildings and equipment. Renovations to rooms and apartments. Work with other departments on special assignments. Subject to on-call coverage, shift changes and emergency 12 hour shifts (i.e. snow removal, hurricane clean up, etc. ).…
