About this role

Newport News, Virginia Hiring Range $36.50 - $50.23/Hourly Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs. Full Time Nights 7pm-7am Full Time RNs with 2 years of experience may be eligible for a $7,000 bonus Full Time NEW GRAD RNs eligible for a $6,000 bonus Works under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and the Director and is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating the total nursing care of assigned patients. The RN utilizes communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making to create a care plan for each patient based on physiological, psychosocial and cultural diversity.…
