Schedule: PRN - as needed coverage No set hours or consistent days Our Supportive Living Coordinators work in our Supportive Living home to provide direct patient care to our adult residents. Spend your day supporting and assisting our residents with transportation to appointments, provide de-escalation skills, med management, promoting independent use of coping skills, and light housekeeping as needed. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinator duties (under direction of manager/director) to include: Assign household chores to residents. Monitor resident’s rooms for cleanliness.
