Job Description: Overview Rogue Fitness is the leading manufacturer of strength and conditioning equipment in the world - barbells, power racks, sleds, and the equipment behind the CrossFit Games, Xenom Decathlon of Fitness, the Arnold Strongman Classic, and more. We build it in-house, at scale, in Columbus, Ohio. We are hiring a Manager of Global Sourcing & Supplier Strategy to own the strategy and execution behind where Rogue sources every product component, globally - identifying suppliers, building cost models to drive negotiation, and launching first production. This is not a transactional buying role. You will be the person who decides where a new product's supply chain should live, builds the commercial case for it, and negotiates the terms.…
