Job Description To ensure, at all phases of an aero gas turbine lifecycle, that the Safety & Reliability attributes of the product are understood and that the risks arising from it are managed to an acceptable level. Contribute to the capability acquisition / improvement as well as to the technical and process governance of the S&R capability. Key Accountabilities Understand possible degradations and potential failure mechanisms of a gas turbine’s control system, the associated consequences of the resulting failure modes and the hazards they contribute to. Where applicable, develop and deploy models to characterize them using deterministic or probabilistic / data mining techniques.…
